Communication Disability

People may stammer or stutter, have social interaction difficulties or Asperger syndrome, a voice problem or communication difficulties (aphasia or dysarthria) as a result of illness or a head injury. Negative stereotying and stigma means they may avoid communicating and the extent of their disability remains hidden.

How well you manage people with communication disabilities influences the behaviour of everyone around them, and affects your business performance.
