Spirals Training: An effective approach based in psychology to developing children's language and thinking skills.

Offered as an open course in the South West for the first time, Marion Nash, Chartered Educational Psychologist and author of the Spirals series of books, delivers her Upward Spirals, Maths Spirals and Science Spirals training for us.

'Exciting, entertaining, informative, stimulating - found all of it relevant.'

What is the Spirals programme?

Spirals consists of a series of pre-planned practical activity based sessions. They support the needs of linguistically vulnerable children for highly structured, repeated spirals of learning. Covering key areas in developing language and communication, thinking skills, social skills self esteem and emotional literacy these sessions are designed to be delivered over an extended period of time and the course book we provide gives you  the materials to do this.
