REFLECT AND REALIGN

Quarterly Intention Setting Workshops

for Speech and Language Therapists

A guided space for Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) to reflect, set meaningful intentions, and build a balanced, values-driven working life.

These live workshops provide a guided space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what is most important to you.

My aim is that by the end of each workshop, you’ll have a clear vision and practical roadmap to navigate your work over the next quarter, with confidence and clarity.

Creating a working life that feels meaningful AND sustainable

I created these workshops because I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful reflection and intention setting can be for clarity, maintaining wellbeing and preventing overwhelm.

As Speech and Language Therapists, we often juggle multiple responsibilities - from managing complex caseloads to keeping on top of the ever-growing mountain of admin tasks. This constant demand can make it difficult to stay connected to our core values and professional purpose.

Without structured opportunities for reflection, it's easy to lose sight of why we chose this profession in the first place.

These quarterly workshops offer an opportunity to step back, reflect, and ensure you're staying intentional and on the right track with your professional goals.

This isn’t about setting overly ambitious, stress-inducing goals that leave you more overwhelmed than inspired!

It’s an opportunity to identify the steps you can take to work towards the kind of working life you want, in a way that feels realistic, achievable and enjoyable.

You’ll consider where to focus your energy, whether your aim is to expand your business, take a career transition or carve out more time for yourself and find a better work-life balance.

What you’ll gain from attending

I think we all know that reflection and goal-setting are important (and an HCPC requirement!) - but how often do you actually make space for it?

Without accountability, it’s easy to let these habits slip.

These workshops are designed to support you in:

  • Feeling more aligned with your professional values and personal goals

  • Gaining clarity on your next steps for the upcoming quarter

  • Setting realistic, values-driven intentions

  • Breaking free from unrealistic resolutions and instead, a focus on sustainable progress

Who’s it for?

These workshops are ideal for Speech and Language Therapists in any clinical specialism or setting (independent or NHS) who want to:

  • Be more intentional about how they approach their work and work-life balance

  • Reassess their career direction or consider how to grow and expand their private practice

  • Feel their professional path is more aligned with their personal values and priorities

  • Achieve a healthier boundaries and a better balance between professional and personal life

Growth is a journey, not a one-off event

These workshops are held every three months because regular check-ins help you stay connected to your goals, reflect on what’s working (and what isn’t), and make adjustments so you can continue building momentum without losing focus.

That’s not to say you have to attend every three months - but the option is there if you are after structure and accountability to stay on track!

What’s included?

You’ll be guided through a four-step process designed to help you gain clarity and take practical action.

There’s also an opportunity to join a breakout room at the end for additional accountability - or you can leave the session before the breakout rooms if you prefer.

Here’s what previous attendees have shared about the workshop…

"A brilliant way to refocus and reset your goals, values, and intentions."

"I really enjoyed this workshop and got so much from it. The simplicity of the tools make learning easy, accessible and very powerful. Kezia gets to the point and shares valuable resources that I can see myself using again and again."

"It was great, just what I needed actually. There is a lot of life coaching stuff out there and I really needed something more focused for SLT/clinical work and this really nailed it. It made me think in ways I've not done so before which is very helpful. Will definitely be going away and doing more work on this. Kezia's style is so gentle but she's clearly very knowledgeable."

"A brilliant way to refocus and reset your goals, values, and intentions."

"I found the workshop really helpful for planning steps for a better work-life balance. The structure of the workshop helped me gain clarity on my values and practical steps I can take to support my values and achieve a happier professional and family life."

Not only did it help highlight the potential barriers and challenges but most importantly it allowed for proactive reflection and goal setting to work towards healthy and positive change to benefit my work/life balance."

"It was so helpful! Really clear and not just all about 'positive vibes'—actual evidence-based approaches and resources!"
